A directory of LinkedIn members who post high-value geopolitics content
In the article “Getting into the Geopolitics Industry” I mentioned how valuable a resource LinkedIn can be for collecting information related geopolitics (and many other intelligence fields), as well as networking with people that have an expansive knowledge in some of the various niches it comprises of.
To that end, I have begun compiling a list of some of the people on the platform who regularly post insightful geopolitics content to help you build out your source list and make valuable connections in the industry.

Dr William Arthur has over ten years of professional experience in geopolitical and macroeconomic consulting. His specialisms include the Asia-Pacific, North America and international coverage, across various themes and sectors. He posts on these issues and the practice of political risk itself.
B
David Benyon is founder and editor of The Political Risk Podcast, a geopolitics podcast for the specialty insurance market. He is a freelance journalist who primarily writes about risk for re/insurance markets. His podcast links this experience with passions for history and foreign affairs. David is also a maritime reservist and a War Studies graduate of King’s College London.
Alexander Borum regularly posts a list of hundreds of internships, traineeships, fellowships and entry-level/early-career positions across the many subsets of international relations in his #IRCareerStarters newsletter.
Damien Bruckard is a former Australian diplomat and was the Head of Global Engagement at the International Chamber of Commerce before he started the Geopolitical Dispatch geopolitics newsletter. Damien regularly posts insights from Geopolitical Dispatch which explain geopolitical developments and how they impact businesses.

Manish Gohil is a generalist in geopolitical and strategic cyber risk intelligence. He has in the past few years helped organisations proactively assess their exposure to cyber threats stemming out of strategic and geopolitical events, and previously led coverage on the South Asia region. He commonly posts about topics such as strategic risk issues in South Asia, the importance of geopolitical intelligence for cyber threat teams and reflection pieces on progressing in the corporate intelligence industry.

Frank Harrison posts content focusing on travel risk and has had articles published in multiple media outlets on the subject. He is currently the Regional Security Director Americas at World Travel Protection and has experience in global risk management, public safety, security, and emergency operations. His background includes roles in the Canadian Armed Forces, the US government, and UN - most notably serving as head of security operations for the US embassy complex in Iraq.
Jay Heisler posts to LinkedIn with journalism interview opportunities for his journalism publications and opportunities to be featured as an expert interview in his policy reports, plus opportunities shared with him by his network such as their publications, events or job openings. He also shares his eclectic publications, which include Op-Eds and journalism pieces on anti-disinformation, Canadian defence, immigration, the arts and contentious issues in law enforcement reform.
Sam Hogg is the founder of research consultancy Beijing to Britain, which maps UK-China relations. He analyses and aggregates relevant news, sifts through parliamentary output, and presents it in a sharp briefing note which is read by politicians, financial experts, and media.
